License agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Framerize ("Company") governing the use of the Framerize components provided by the Company.

By accessing or using the Framerize website (https://framerize.co) and its components, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Under the Free Plan, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use up to 30 Framer components provided by Framerize for personal and client projects.

Under the Premium Plan, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use over 300 Framer components provided by Framerize for personal and client projects.

2. Permitted Use

Users may use Framerize components to create end products for clients and personal projects.
Only single-user accounts are permitted. Separate accounts are required for multiple users.
Users are not permitted to share their accounts with others.

3. Restrictions

Users must not redistribute or resell Framerize components, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances.
Users must not copy components with the intention to use them outside of their subscription window.

4. Changes and Revisions

The Company reserves the right to change prices and revise the terms and license of this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any such changes via email or through the Framerize website.

5. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and User's access to Framerize components in the event of a breach of any terms outlined in this Agreement.

By accessing or using Framerize, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Framerize.
